- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all service and project touchpoints.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Lead virtual delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement in service performance, proactively addressing risks and issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects, from planning to customer handover.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, presales, design, construction, and testing & commissioning teams.
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations, while effectively managing risks and escalations.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procurement standards, audit requirements, and ITIL-based processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project and service delivery milestones.
- Align internal resources to support both project execution and ongoing service operations.
- Collaborate with operations, network, and IT service teams to ensure seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree; Major in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
- More than 7 years’ work experience in DC industry/MEP Consultancy/Construction/ IT industry.
- Has excellent customer interface experience, good communication, presentation and coordination skill, good written skill to draft report.
- Good learning skill and self-driven character, willing to take challenge and changes with a positive mindset.
- Strong client-servicing willingness and ability. Capability towards emergent public relationship issues.
- An adept conflict mediator and a trustworthy client advisor.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; a second language is a plus to communicate efficiently with clients from different regions.
