- Support the Executive Vice President's office in Senior Management decision-making and execution process.
- Identify, develop and execute new resort-wide projects.
- Provide advisory or solution to assist in expediting project progress where required.
- Form and participate in committees to oversee, guide or implement projects, while escalating project concerns, issues or matters for approval to Senior Management.
- Embark on special assignments which involve research, analysis and feasibility studies.
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or its equivalent
- A least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Management Consulting, FMCG), where the incumbent is exposed to providing advisory services and facilitation to Management positions.
- Interpersonally-savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, adept in problem-solving and flexible in adapting to constant change.
- Experience in Project Management would be advantageous
- A team player with prior experience in leading a small team is preferred
