- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client support, preferably within fintech, financial services, technology, or high-growth industries.
- Experience handling enterprise-level or high-value clients is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with help desk platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Slack).
- Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX operations, or financial compliance is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Deliver clear product knowledge and updates to customers, simplifying complex fintech concepts into easy-to-understand solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries end-to-end, troubleshoot issues independently, and escalate to relevant teams when technical or compliance support is required.
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Commercial, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely resolution and seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback trends to identify operational gaps and product enhancement opportunities; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuously improve self-service channels by maintaining and updating FAQs, help documentation, and knowledge base content to empower customers.
