We&aposre looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX Operations team in Johor Bahru. You'll play a vital role in transforming every customer touchpoint into something meaningful. Help Us Shape the Future of Living - One Thoughtful Detail at a Time Responsibilities: Provide a seamless omnichannel experience across email, live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and phone. Provide clear, empathetic, and knowledgeable support that reflects our brand and values. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, reducing friction and boosting satisfaction. Ensuring the KPI are met including CSAT, Quality Assurance (QA), Response time, and Resolution time. Be the voice of the customer internally, helping us improve continuously through feedback. This role supports United States customers, and your primary responsibilities will involve interacting and collaborating with customers. Requirements: Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply! Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment (will be added advantage) Good and determine to connect, empathize, and build rapport with customers. Good problem-solving, analytical and creative thinking skills. Strong sense of ownership and patience in every customer interaction. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Self-motivated, Resourceful, and a reliable team player. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (will be added advantage). Additional Information: Work location is fully onsite in Johor Bahru - Infinity8 Reserve Mid Valley Southkey, Level 28, Johor Bahru Able to work in 5 days a week Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
