Fluency in Mandarin and English (Verbal and Written) is a must
Minimum 1 year CS experience in BPO company
Have experience in Banking industry is a strong advantage
Minimum Education Level - Diploma in any field
Willing to have Rota

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat related to banking products and services.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction clarifications, and banking platform navigation.
Provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
Educate customers on banking policies, compliance requirements, and digital tools.
Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and banking regulations.
Track and resolve customer issues effectively within defined SLAs and escalation procedures
