Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for the position of Chef De Cuisine. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The Chef De Cuisine will collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.
