Assist and support the operation monitoring of LLS at 33 Hospital Support Services (HSS) and Hospital Cyberjaya (HCJ) to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
Monitor and support the implementation of Asset System Information Services (ASIS) and data entry for Linen and Laundry Services (LLS).
Coordinate and collaborate with regional hygiene teams in the implementation of LLS activities in line with the approved LLS program/plans.
Organise staff competency training in LLS in accordance with company requirements.
Collaborate with Operations Excellence Department for data analysis on relevant projects/tasks related to cost optimisation and optimum linen inventory.
Analyse overtime for all LLS Supervisors/Porter at northern region hospitals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management/institutional/service hospitality or equivalent.
