We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.POSITION OVERVIEW:This role is part of Alcon's Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantlyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in managing order processing for pharmacies, including monthly orders and other operational tasksEnsure best practice is perform for order-to-invoice processes to achieve sales performance and provide good support to sales & marketing team and make sure all of PO transactions are processed efficientlyAssist in the process and track platform orders, including the inclusion of new productsSupport sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders and returnsEnsure clear and timely communication of customer requirements and feedback to relevant departmentsEnsure all data changes follow the correct approval workflow and are accurately reflected in internal systemsWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:Passionate about serving customers and driven by a desire to make people’s lives easier.Strong internal and external customer service mindsetFluency in English, both in written and spoken (other local language is an added advantage)HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:Opportunity to work with a leading global medical device companyCollaborate with a diverse and talented team in a supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive benefitsContinuous learning and development opportunitiesAlcon Careers
