- Research and scrape the web for qualified leads and decision-maker contacts.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects for targeted outreach.
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services.
- Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs.
- Adopt a proactive, goal-oriented approach to drive measurable results.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties when needed.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- You can confidently draft professional emails with attention to tone and detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using messaging or CRM platforms.
- You are friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused in every interaction.
