- AV Technician (CCTV).
- Support maintenance of CCTV systems, assist engineers, perform inspections, and log system performance.
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data centre or M&E systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a CCTV Technician or AV Technician.
- Strong working knowledge of CCTV system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of CCTV equipment and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responding to service requests and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Documenting all work performed and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing training and support to end-users on the operation of CCTV systems.
- Collaborating with the broader engineering team to identify and implement system improvements.
