OPERATION MANAGER

• Assist Director in developing and determine business strategies, plans and procedures and ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

• Enhance operation performance and ensure operation is smooth.

• Set comprehensive operation units direction to drive performance and growth.

• Developing and implementing operation plans to improve cost efficiency.

• Ensure Quality policy and Quality Objective are followed and meeting customer requirements.

• Plan and execute operation business plans including managing the overall operations and resources of a company.

• Develop and monitor risk management to ensure the operation risk is mitigated and controlled effectively.

• Committed to compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

• Ensure operation units effective implementation of company's ISO9001 Quality Management System.

• Must possess at least a Degree or Master in Engineering/ Business Management/Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience and good performance record.

• A strong process orientation, analytical and logical mindset with extraordinary problem solving and decision
