We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on exposure in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing and screening candidates from engineering, chemistry, and microbiology backgrounds. If you are passionate about HR and enjoy connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to gain real-world recruitment experience in a corporate environment.What You'll DoActively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Interest in technical hiring (engineering, chemistry, biotech) is a strong advantage.Familiarity with Canva, social media, MS Office, or similar tools is an added benefit.
