Our Client: We have recently partnered with a Swiss based MNC company that specialize in chemical manufacturing. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and currently looking for a dynamic Factory Manager to be part their strategic growth. Responsibility: To ensure smooth running of Factory Operations which cover production planning, production output, plant engineering set up and maintenance, plant investment Oversee production operations to meet planning requirements in terms of quality, volume, and timeliness Proactively implement initiatives to comply with group EHS standards and drive continuous improvement in safety performance Ensure factory assets and equipment are maintained and operated at optimal performance levels with minimal downtime. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, with support of national maintenance manager. Plan and implement capital investment projects in line with business growth and strategic objectives. Ensure the receiving, storage, and handling of raw materials and packaging materials are conducted per standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline preferred. (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical); Minimum 8 - 10 years Factory operation experience, preferably from MNC company and has experience in batching process Strong knowledge in maintenance and engineering will be added advantage. Prior experience in supervision of equipment installation and engineering facilities.
