- Manage work pass applications including monitoring expiry dates of passport/ work
Compile, update and manage employee records * Processing payroll and benefits administrationPreparation of statutory requirement based on Employment Act 1955.
Maintain personnel annual leave records, salary records, absenteeism and disciplinary
records * Responsible for matters pertaining to statutory contributions and requirements
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, employee welfare activities,etc.)
- Responsible for administration matters such as monthly beverages for pantry,
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a HR assistant or relevant human resources/
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge on Employment Act 1955
- Fluent in Malay and English.
- Participate in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018
