• Bachelor of Science with Honors in Nutrition, Food Science or other equivalent

• Proficient in English language communication; both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia language communication; both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Mandarin language communication; both verbal and written communication. (Advantages)

• Effective oral communications / Human Relationship skill and written skill.
• PR and Marketing Skills
• Presentation in a clear and concise manner
• Strong sense in medical / health finding, statistics and data analysis

• Provide nutritional & wellness advice to members/customers
• Conduct health talks and share health knowledge with members/customers
• Provide relevant information and knowledge for all health-related research findings/products/programs/packages/services developed by the company
• Assist in the operation of Wellness/Health Retreat Programs & Health Products
• Assist in newsletter preparation and other educational material publishing
• Involve in e-Diet Advice and update company's website
• Involve in training/education programs

• Product or programme analysis & development
• Conduct internal and external product research, market intelligence, sample trial assessment, collect testimony, and compile summary and proposal for management development plan (local and international, especially China and Asia market)

• Related TCM/Healthcare products
• TCM/Medical devices and machines (if any)
• Health tourism, health retreats (Spa, massage, Detox...), Chinese Traditional Medicine (Tuina, massage...) packagesd)
• Health screening packages
• Assist in developing health menus, retreat programs, training, health and nutritional talks/seminars
• Develop and search for potential nutritional products for the company
• Modify and improve current products or packages and provide feedback for results
• Responsible for planning and production of advertising, public relations, promotional campaigns, newsletters, leaflets, posters, and other print materials
• Responsible for all products and services monitoring & inventory systems

• Conduct health-related competitor studies
• Update health and disease statistics information of both Malaysia and WHO
• Collect VIP and members' testimonials as company supporting documents for newsletters, company signboards, leaflets, brochures, etc.
• Screen and select latest TCM/health-related news for staff and members
• Prepare monthly departmental reports for management review (e.g., monthly sales analysis report, consultation report, stock inventory report, etc.)

• Act as a main team player to support company events, health talks, activities, and charity programs
