Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Clarify customer needs, assess problems, and provide effective solutions.
Perform specified KYC tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Escalate complex cases when required.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
