- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Clarify customer needs, assess problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Perform specified KYC tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Escalate complex cases when required.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times.
- Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
