Introduce compelling F&B offerings that delight customers, encourage repeat visits, and attract non-moviegoers to the cinema lobby, driving incremental revenue. Oversee vendor management and production controls to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards, while maintaining alignment with management approvals. Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to achieve operational efficiency and secure a competitive edge within targeted timelines. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, ensuring timely and effective product launches. Conduct regular sensory evaluations to gather customer feedback and insights, enabling data-driven product improvements. Develop and update SOPs in partnership with the training team to enhance production effectiveness and operational consistency. Uphold procurement and tendering best practices , ensuring alignment with TGV's policies and strategic objectives.
