  • Prefer mandarin speaker as need to communicate with customer and colleagues from Taiwan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Able to work in shift including weekend and public holiday
  • Knowledge on Crypto Industry but not require
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via email, and chat, providing timely and efficient solutions
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide comprehensive assistance to resolve problems
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
