About the job IT Network SpecialistAbout the Role:Were looking for a proactive and skilled IT Network Specialist to support and manage our critical network and voice infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions that support our core operations.You'll work across hybrid cloud environments, support remote and office sites, and help shape future infrastructure through continuous improvement and security-first approaches.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sitesMaintain secure, high-availability environments using best practices and ITIL principlesCollaborate on hybrid cloud networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and connectivity solutionsAnalyze vulnerabilities and carry out remediation and patchingParticipate in out-of-hours support as neededEnsure smooth onboarding of infrastructure into service with full documentationRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 3 years in enterprise networkingCCNA certification (or equivalent experience)Strong knowledge of Next-Gen Firewalls (FortiGate preferred), VPNs, and encryptionProficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and key network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP)Experience in vulnerability management, monitoring, and patchingPython scripting knowledge is a plusPrevious experience in an ITIL support environmentExcellent communication skills (CEFR C1 or above), planning, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat We Offer:Hybrid work flexibilityInclusive and customer-focused work cultureOpportunities to contribute to infrastructure planning and innovationExposure to both UK and overseas network support
