Job title: Human Resource ExecutiveIndustry: OEM & ODM manufacturingLocation: Puchong, MalaysiaSalary: RM3500-4500Hi all, we are looking for an HR executive who possesses positive working attitudes and an open mindset. You will be expected to be involved in training and development, which includes training plan and structure, conducting training needs analysis and developing measuring tools. Besides that, you are expected to be part of recruitment and staffing, industrial relations and engagement, compensation and benefits.Job ResponsibilitiesTraining and development
  • To work closely with the Head of HR on all training plan and structure including onboarding, OJT, Career Development Plan, Succession Plan, and yearly training calendar.
  • To conduct a training needs analysis, assess gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of a learning intervention.
  • Ensure all delivered programs are continuously followed by assisting in developing efficient measuring tool
Recruitment and staffing
  • To assist in developing and implementing recruiting structure including identifying the detailed criteria and requirement, selling / promoting vacancy through various channels/platform, screening and selection, interviewing and pre-boarding.
  • Becoming the Brand Ambassador of the company
  • Providing general HR support to employees and to assist in all other areas in the HR department when necessary.
  • Responsible for the off boarding process including exit questionnaire, handover of company properties.
Industrial Relations and engagement
  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal.
  • To assist in ensuring all Human Resource Policies and Procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Assist in handling staff disciplinary misconduct investigation and grievance.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Keep records and ensure all annual leaves, MCs, medical claims or etc not exceed the maximum limit. Employee Performance Management
  • Assist in overseeing and managing performance appraisal systems.
Compensation and benefits
  • Assist in the benefits package structure planning and implementation
  • Assist in handling the payroll of employee including government statutory contributions. Others
  • Perform express or implied duties required by superior or company
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Learning and Development / HR Management and equivalent.
  • 1-2 years in HR Field, advantage for those in L&D field
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-disciplined and dedicated
  • Capability to learn and transfer the knowledge for implementation
  • Open minded and willing to improve continuously
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
