- Lead, facilitate, and oversee the planning, development, and execution of Change Management and Cultural Transformation initiatives across the organization to ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and communication strategies to drive organizational change, enhance employee engagement, and embed desired cultural values.
- Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of change and cultural management programs through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement actions.
- Manage, analyse, and strengthen the internal stakeholder management program, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building across all levels of the company.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to management and staff on best practices in managing change and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelors degree of related Non- Engineering and equivalent qualification or higher
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in organizational change management, culture transformation programs, or stakeholder engagement within corporate or large-scale organizational environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and adapt in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
