Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise kitchen staff within assigned sections to maintain high food preparation standards.Ensure mise-en-place is prepared in advance and buffet setup is executed accurately.Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with food safety protocols.Control food portioning and minimize waste to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.Operate and monitor kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper usage among staff.Collaborate with team members and assist other kitchen sections when required.Ensure grooming and professional appearance standards are consistently met.Participate in food stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records.Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in an international-class hotel kitchen.Certification or apprenticeship in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.Oral and written fluency in English; basic understanding of local languages is a plus.Outgoing personality with strong team spirit and leadership qualities.Committed to hygiene, safety, and high culinary standards.Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.Adaptable to different working sections within the kitchen.
