Minimum SPM qualification (must pass BM and Sejarah)
Fluent in Mandarin and able to read/write in Traditional Mandarin
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Must be able to start on 18 August 2025
Willing to work on a rotational shift basis

Responsibilities

Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.
