Job Description :1. Project Execution & SOP Compliance
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring SOPs, timelines, and compliance are met.
  • Review briefs from BD/Sales, clarify requirements, and drive smooth execution.
  • Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and runners to keep deliverables on track.
2. Documentation & Application Preparation
  • Prepare and review license, permit, and regulatory documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
  • Track application status, follow up with authorities/vendors, and maintain records.
3. Internal Coordination & Reporting
  • Provide regular updates to Account Managers and senior management.
  • Escalate risks or delays with recommended solutions.
  • Maintain trackers, checklists, and compliance documentation.
4. Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead and mentor Operation Executives.
  • Plan workload distribution and assign projects based on capacity.
  • Conduct team check‑ins to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
  • Ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
5. SOP Ownership & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead SOP updates and revisions based on project learnings.
  • Standardize templates and workflows for consistency.
  • Refine tools/processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related fields (or strong operational experience).
  • Minimum 3 years in operations, administration, or project support.
  • Strong written Bahasa Malaysia and fluent Mandarin.
  • Skills: leadership, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, accuracy.
  • Success measured by submission success rate, error rate, checklist adherence, timeline delivery, and team satisfaction.
