Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Fresh grads / Non experience are welcome, training will be provided
Language required : Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
Non experience are welcome, training will be provided
Able to work on full time from 12am to 9am Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver smooth travel experiences.
Process payments, refunds, and booking modifications as required.
Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers for feedback.
Keep up to date with travel trends, packages, and promotions.
