• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Car Allowance RM1,200 + Petrol & Toll Claim + Performance Bonus

• Drive sales and business growth by promoting and supplying steel stiffeners to developers, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Source and expand new customer accounts while developing business opportunities throughout Johor.
• Support project-based sales by working closely with engineers and project stakeholders to secure product specifications.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Carry out regular site and client visits to assess project needs and provide both technical and commercial assistance.
• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
• Compile periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
• Manage and track project leads and opportunities using CRM or sales monitoring systems.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction products industry.
• Well-established network and working relationships with architectural and C&S consultancy firms.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.
• Results-driven, self-initiated, and open to frequent travel within Central and Southern Malaysia.
