Job Description :The position will be responsible for driving operational excellence, business expansion, distributor network growth and revenue scalability for the company in Malaysia. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen market presence, optimize processes and accelerate sustainable growth in the direct selling ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Operations Leadership· Oversee end-to-end business operations including supply chain, logistics, warehousing, customer support, compliance and distributor servicing· Ensure efficient execution of SOPs, cost optimization and process automation· Monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics and service delivery standards· Ensure compliance with Malaysia Direct Selling Association (DSAM) guidelines and local regulatory requirements· Coordinate with finance for budgeting, forecasting and cost controlBusiness Development & Growth· Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with IMC’s vision and expansion plans· Drive distributor acquisition, activation, retention and leadership development· Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and channel expansion initiatives· Support product launches, promotional campaigns and incentive programs· Collaborate with marketing and training teams to strengthen brand presence and distributor engagementStrategic & Leadership Role· Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to long-term strategy and decision-making· Lead, mentor and scale cross-functional teams across operations and business development· Build a performance driven, ethical and people centric culture· Represent the company at leadership meets, distributor conventions and external forumsRequirementsKey Skills & Competence· Strong understanding of direct selling/MLM business models· Proven expertise in operations management and business scaling· Strategic thinking with strong execution capability· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills· Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen· Deep understanding of distributor motivation and network dynamicsQualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, marketing or related fields (MBA preferred)· 12-18+ years of experience with significant exposure to direct selling/FMCG/wellness/healthcare sectors· Minimum 5-7 years in a senior leadership role handling operations and business development· Experience in the Malaysia market is mandatoryBenefitsBenefits· Annual Leave· EPF· SOCSO· Medical and Hospitalisation Leave· EIS
