Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Technology Consultant to join our dynamic Agency Sales team, with a dedicated focus on supporting Travel Agency travel agency customers across Southeast Asia. In this role, you will partner with regional travel agencies to implement, optimize, and innovate with Sabre's portfolio of solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through product adoption, workflow enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer success. This position calls for deep familiarity with travel agency operations, especially back-office functions such as reporting, reconciliation, and financial workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and optimization of Sabre technologies for non-OTA travel agency customers. Provide consultative support and product expertise during configuration, testing, and rollout phases. Customize recommendations based on client objectives and operational realities. Deliver tailored product training and demonstrations for agency front and back office teams. Serve as a key contact for product inquiries, best practices, and solution usage. Partner with Sales and Product teams to align customer goals with Sabre's capabilities. Support solution enhancements and feedback loops based on market insights and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications And Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in travel technology consulting, solution enablement, or agency operations support. Strong knowledge of travel agency workflows, including back-office operations such as BSP/ARC reconciliation, reporting, and accounting systems. Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and agency retail strategies. General understanding of APIs and system interoperability (preferred, not mandatory). Experience working with customers across Southeast Asia and adapting to regional nuances. Business-level fluency in English; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus. Willingness to travel across the region for customer and team engagements.
