Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading financial services company. Our distinguished client is currently seeking for a Head of HR Operations & HRIS to lead and transform end-to-end HR operations and systems within a fast-paced MNC environment. This role will oversee payroll, HR operations, HR systems, and budgeting, while driving a shift from manual processes to a more automated, scalable HR infrastructure. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in HRIS implementation and payroll transformation, particularly within large workforce environments.Responsibilities: * HR Operations Leadership
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR administration
  • Drive operational efficiency and standardisation across HR processes
  • Identify and resolve current process gaps, particularly areas with high error rates
  • Manage and develop a team of HR Operations professionals
  • Payroll Management
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage payroll for rank-and-file employees at scale
  • Review and optimise payroll processes to reduce errors
  • Lead potential transition to payroll outsourcing model, including vendor management and governance
  • HRIS & Systems Transformation
  • Own and manage HR systems
  • Lead HRIS implementation project in collaboration with external consultants
  • Evaluate and work with shortlisted vendors
  • Drive system adoption, data accuracy, and process automation
  • Ensure HR systems support business scalability and reporting needs
  • Budget & Governance
  • Manage and oversee the HR budget
  • Ensure cost efficiency across HR operations and systems
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the shift from highly manual processes to automated workflows
  • Act as a change agent, improving HR service delivery and employee experience

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Operations preferably within financial services, banking, or multinational environments
  • Proven track record in HRIS implementation and transformation projects
  • Strong expertise in rank-and-file payroll in large workforce environments
  • Experience working in MNCs or complex, high-volume organisations
  • Familiarity with HR systems (experience beyond current system is acceptable)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy
  • Comfortable being hands-on (50%) while also leading strategically
  • Strong problem-solver with ability to fix broken processes
  • Able to manage ambiguity and drive change in evolving environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
