Job Description:Huntsman Global Business Services (GBS) KL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Automation Week activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, survey design, and global collaboration, contributing to Huntsman’s digital and operational transformation journey.What You’ll Do

Assist in the setup, rollout, and monitoring of the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey for CI initiatives.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of CI/Automation Week activities in collaboration with teams in KL and Poland.
Work closely with the CI team to prepare materials, track participation, and consolidate feedback.
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing related to CI and Automation projects.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or leaders

Minimum Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants

Familiarity with survey tools, process improvement concepts, or automation technologies is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Able to commit to the full internship duration for a minimum period of 6 months.
