- Assist in the setup, rollout, and monitoring of the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey for CI initiatives.
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of CI/Automation Week activities in collaboration with teams in KL and Poland.
- Work closely with the CI team to prepare materials, track participation, and consolidate feedback.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing related to CI and Automation projects.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or leaders
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a growth mindset, able to adapt quickly and work independently when needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants
- Familiarity with survey tools, process improvement concepts, or automation technologies is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Able to commit to the full internship duration for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Real-world experience in Continuous Improvement and automation practices.
- Exposure to global operations and cross-functional collaboration.
