In this exciting role, you will be working with business users and technical designers to ensure proper translation of business needs to IT solution requirements.The Role:

Responsible for identifying, documenting, and analysing business requirements for business value and implementability
Conduct walkthrough of requirements and preparation of documentation for users’ sign-off
Perform business modeling and architecture
Re-engineer business processes and rules where necessary
Collaborate with technical designers in ensuring business requirements are addressed in the design
Prepare test scenarios
Perform System Integration Test and provide support for UAT
Train business users where necessary
Evaluate analytical and documentation tools
Perform Proof of Concept

QualificationsThe Person:

Preferably tertiary qualification in IT
Possess professional certification in Insurance (e.g. LOMA)
Has minimum 2 years working experience in life insurance operations
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
