You'll be hands-on, people-first, and impact-driven - shaping how our employees experience CarMine from the moment they walk in, to every milestone in their career. Think of yourself as the co-pilot of our culture, making sure our people feel supported, empowered, and inspired.What We're Looking For

3+ years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience, including at least 1 years at a senior or leadership level.
Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (and the wisdom to apply them fairly).
Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
HRIS proficiency - you know your way around systems and data.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
