This position is based in Central with the opportunity to cover the other regions, and has uncapped sales commissions. Reporting to: Sales Manager Location: Selangor/Klang Valley Join a well-established FMCG distributor with over 30 years of market leadership as they undergo a major nationwide expansion. the role Spearhead sales growth across assigned territories, with a primary focus on General Trade (GT) and Local Key Accounts (LKAs). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets, including reviving dormant accounts and securing new customers. Manage daily sales operations, from route planning and client visits to in-store product merchandising and ensuring brand visibility. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse customer base, including wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring timely payment collection and exceptional service. the experience Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience. General Trade (GT) or Modern Trade (MT) experience is essential.
