- Handle inbound calls from customers in Singapore, assisting with credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products.
- Motivate customers for “Self Help” function by signing them up for value added services and digital education.
- Adapt quickly to customer needs to deliver consultative support by thinking horizontally with an end-to-end view of the client's journey.
- Suggest financial solutions regarding the bank's line of products and services that match the New to Bank / Existing to Bank customer requirements (if applicable).
- High sales pitch without mis-selling
- Accomplish targets consistently in the form of leads / self-closure.
- Diploma holders and above
- SPM leavers with strong English and minimum 3 years banking experience are welcome to apply
- Fluent in spoken English - supporting Singaporean customers
- Strong communication skills and confident in upselling
- Background in Mass Communication is a plus
- Open to fresh graduates and those looking to build a career in banking & customer service
- Team-based commission (Quarterly)
