Requirements

SPM (PASSED BM & SEJ) , DIPLOMA AND DEGREE
Customer service experience preferred, Fresh grad are welcomed
Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken & written)
Good problem-solving & communication skills
Able to work shifts (rotate monthly)
Includes weekends & public holidays
Able to work independently & with a remote team

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat & email
Provide accurate info on products, services & promotions
Assist with basic technical issues
Record customer cases accurately
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback
