- Provide attentive assistance to guests and tenants, promptly addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Efficiently manage visitor registration at Main Lobby.
- Maintain a continuous and professional presence in the lobby area.
- Ensure a consistently neat and presentable appearance at all times.
- Possess thorough knowledge of tenants, building events, and available services.
- Handle guest and tenant complaints with professionalism, ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records for tenant access cards and promptly address any issues related to lost cards.
- Responsible for managing the security access card system and generating necessary reports.
- Assist in the distribution of letters, invoices, and notices to tenants within the building.
- Perform daily checklists to ensure the smooth operation and cleanliness of the Concierge and Main Lobby areas.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Min. of SPM or equivalent; hospitality or property management certification a plus.
- Prior customer service, hospitality, or property management experience preferred.
- Maintains a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Presents a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, guests, and management.
