  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is mandatory to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and procedures is preferred; willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to accurately convey information and document interactions.
  • Ability to actively listen to patient concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and information.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to healthcare services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general information about healthcare services.
  • Accurately record and update patient information in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills when interacting with patients, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
