The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales growth with a strong focus on new business acquisition, customer portfolio expansion, and end‑to‑end project execution. The position works closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to successfully convert commercial opportunities into long‑term business.
  • Act as the primary commercial representative, managing customer interactions and coordinating internal stakeholders to support sales activity.
  • Drive new sales acquisition by developing fresh customer portfolios and expanding business opportunities across related group entities.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new business projects, managing the process from quotation stage through to production launch in line with customer, timing, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain responsibility for customer relationships, overseeing daily commercial matters while fostering long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate and track sales pipelines, customer demand, and forecast data, identifying potential risks, commercial opportunities, and growth prospects.
  • Partner with internal teams across Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to deliver new and existing business effectively.
  • Produce clear, accurate commercial reporting, including pipeline visibility, sales results, forecasting, project milestones, customer status, and backlog monitoring.
  • Contribute to recurring sales, operational, and leadership meetings by providing updates on customer needs, business development activity, and overall commercial performance.
  • Support the optimisation of sales processes by driving improvements and ensuring adherence to internal procedures, documentation standards, and audit expectations.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in B2B sales, customer management, or sales coordination.
  • Strong track record in new business development and revenue growth.
  • Background in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Mandarin / Chinese language ability preferred to support regional customers.
