- Act as the primary commercial representative, managing customer interactions and coordinating internal stakeholders to support sales activity.
- Drive new sales acquisition by developing fresh customer portfolios and expanding business opportunities across related group entities.
- Own the full lifecycle of new business projects, managing the process from quotation stage through to production launch in line with customer, timing, and quality requirements.
- Maintain responsibility for customer relationships, overseeing daily commercial matters while fostering long‑term strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate and track sales pipelines, customer demand, and forecast data, identifying potential risks, commercial opportunities, and growth prospects.
- Partner with internal teams across Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to deliver new and existing business effectively.
- Produce clear, accurate commercial reporting, including pipeline visibility, sales results, forecasting, project milestones, customer status, and backlog monitoring.
- Contribute to recurring sales, operational, and leadership meetings by providing updates on customer needs, business development activity, and overall commercial performance.
- Support the optimisation of sales processes by driving improvements and ensuring adherence to internal procedures, documentation standards, and audit expectations.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales, customer management, or sales coordination.
- Strong track record in new business development and revenue growth.
- Background in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Mandarin / Chinese language ability preferred to support regional customers.
